Day 5 or is it 6? 🙃
A few bounce backs on the emails from today's batch but less than half - something I'll need to analyse later. Could well be the secondary scraping (Hunter) I used to fill in any gaps was unsuccessful. Undeterred I've still got >100 targets to make initial contact with and I'll also now reach out directly to my high-match targets via LinkedIn. Meanwhile, I've attached a quick video testimony as to what I've liked and discovered so far

Day 3 of my 7 Day Challenge
- Third deal box built in Dealworthy today - 78 matched records pulled, all residential lettings agents this time - 75 named contacts identified, 22 with confirmed direct emails and confidence scores attached - Those 22 go straight into personalised outreach drafts, same template, same timing discipline - Running total across the trial: three deal boxes, three verticals, pipeline building daily - First LinkedIn video also tee'd up, going out tomorrow to both the LinkedIn audience and direct contacts, explaining what we're up to and who we want to hear from - Dealworthy is doing the heavy lifting on the data. The workflow is now repeatable and getting faster each day

Day 5 of my 7 Day Challenge My first outreach emails went out - I used my own agent to supplement any missing emails and of the initial 12 tester targets only one bounced so pleased with that. One smart arse saying "Sure give me £1M and I'll send my bank details over" - there's one in every room... I've a couple more batches going out in the coming days and the intention is to jump straight to a call with anyone who responds. Where there are mobiles/landlines, we'll also try a combination of cold/lukewarm calls or as per Daniel's suggestion, VMs left on the mobiles

I will post a video testimonial later this week but for now, the granularity of DealWorthy is great, the data that's coming back is comprehensive and usable and offers a very real platform with which to secure potential acquisitions, great stuff!

Ok, b/c I'm a day or two behind, I'm doubling down today: - Created a second deal box today to expand the search - Two CSVs were exported, covering UK owner-managed businesses across Commercial RE, Soft FM, Hard FM, Electrical and HVAC verticals - Dealworthy matched the companies, pulled the CH data, director ages, years trading and financials - everything I need to qualify fast - Filtered down to the viable contacts, researched emails and personalised each outreach - 32 emails drafted, scheduled and ready to send - Batch 1 Tuesday 17 June, Batch 2 Wednesday 18 June - CTA to reply or call my mobile, which is in the copy - Peak open window, family time protected, nothing going out on a Friday - If the 7-day trial delivers this on day 2, the lifetime deal is a no-brainer
