A Reminder About Self-Worth
I’ve been reflecting on how essential self-worth is in our relationships. As the year comes to an end and there are more demands put on us, it's even more crucial to stay fully connected to our own value. But this isn't a one-time thing... Without self-worth, it’s easy to get swept up in the day-to-day dynamics that can overwhelm us and pull our lives off course. Building self-worth is an ongoing practice. The way we love ourselves sets the standard for how we will be loved by others. What we accept from others often mirrors how deeply we honor and care for ourselves. The truth is, the “work” of knowing and strengthening our self-worth never really ends. But staying attuned to it is what protects us, grounds us, and helps us choose relationships that truly support our well-being. If you ever want to talk through this or explore it together, I’m here.

I remember that I had never even said “I am worthy” until I was 35 years old. When I did it felt uncomfortable and I realised if I can’t even speak it, how can I embody it. That was more or less the beginning of my journey/awakening. If you’re reading this I invite you to say I am worthy out loud and see how it feels coming out of your mouth.

Where are you on your Coaching Journey?
Are you still finding your voice? Are you refining your method? Are you learning how to hold deeper space for clients? Or are you finally stepping into the coach you were always meant to be?

Aggressive Self-Mastery + a WIN
“Aggressive Self-Mastery” This is a term I landed on when I took the time to name what I have been doing for past few years - Aggressively pursuing self-mastery. Hi Everyone, So I had my first in person session this week with another local coach and her feedback inspired me to actually get certified so here I am :) A bit about me. My name is Mitch and I’m born and raised in New Zealand. My background is in Project Management, continuous improvement, performance measurement with 35 years as a Pacific Island Male in a colonised country with undiagnosed ASD, ADHD and CPTSD and this is where I draw from when communicating with others. I love Gaming, Training, Anime, Music, kind humor, dark humor, honesty, authenticity, strength, power and vulnerability, shit I love life and everything it has to offer. All of these have given me the ability see, hear, feel and connect with and find common ground with anyone. I believe that every single one of us has the ability to make this world a better place and some just need to find that ability within themselves. I don’t need to reach everyone. I’m sure there are millions of amazing coaches out there who bring out the best in people, but im looking to create something for those that might fall through the cracks or find some coaching styles unaccessible. TLDR I help REAL people, Embody REAL change through aggressive self-mastery. P.S I Don’t use AI for my rants so apologies in advance if this makes little sense. Grateful to be here 🙏🏽
