I get this question all the time—and funny enough, I was just asked again today: “What’s the best mattress for Airbnbs?” Here’s my honest answer (and it’s backed by hundreds of rave reviews from guests): the 12” Ashley Chime Hybrid. Do yourself a favor and don’t skimp—anything less than the 12” just doesn’t hit the same. If your property leans more on the luxe side, upgrade to the 14” and top it with a down-alternative mattress topper for that “ohhhh yeahhh” level of comfort your guests will remember. 😉
