Resources on treating illness
Hello, I’m looking for resources (books, websites) on treating illnesses. Dr Sears had a website with wonderful information but I can’t seem to find it anymore. I want to have something at home in case we ever need it.

I also like The Weston A. Price Foundation https://www.westonaprice.org, "How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Your Doctor," by Dr. Robert Mendelsohn, "Healthy Kids, Happy Kids," by Dr. Elisa Song, and "The Unvaccinated Child," by Judith Thompson, ND and Eli Camp, ND. All of these have home remedies, and it doesn't matter if your child is vaccine-free, partially vaccinated, or fully vaccinated ~ great resources to have on hand!

Vitamin C
In the classroom I was reading and found “ High dose vitamin C has cured virtually every disease there is, including polio and tetanus.” Long story short I want to know some more on this topic and if holistic doctors would be willing to put vitamin c through an IV for someone with such serious illness. How peaceful it would be know that we could just high dose vitamin c ourselves if we have tetanus and be okay. (I know tetanus is super rare) it almost seems too good to be true so I’m having a hard time wrapping my brain around this one.

Whole house water filter system
Hello! Anyone have recommendations for a good whole house water filtration system? We were going to do an RO system but found out your water bill triples in cost with it

We have an RO under the sink (I cannot remember the brand offhand), and we use a canopy showerhead. We do not have a bathtub yet (remodeling), but I believe canopy has solutions for tubs, too. Another brand I was looking into was Jolie, which looked promising. I might know a suggestion for a whole-home system, but I have to find the name of the company. I will reply when I have the info.

My hubby and I are considering joining CrowdHealth. Our insurance currently comes thru his employer, and I am sick of the high premiums and being told who we can and cannot see. My hubby would like to retire in a few years, so we thought we'd get started with CrowdHealth since they have a 2 year period where you don't get the full benefits. (I know I didn't explain that correctly, but I understand that people will join, have a major surgery/event, and then they drop out once their bill is paid - which takes advantage of the other members. 😠) I love that they negotiate costs for you, and it sounds like you deal with the same customer care service person. I do not understand insurance, so to have someone advocate for me would be so appreciated. Has this been your experience, Larry?
