Those are great remedies Kayla. Also try higher dose vitamin C, like 5 grams per day. Consider whether or not you may have a latex allergy. Try probiotics placed in the vagina. Try flax seed. Specifically, boil organic flax for 1 to 2 minutes, and drink the broth after it cools down - this creates a slippery tract and bacteria slide off. If you have the funds, get a 25 gram vitamin C IV, or several. Stop all meat and dairy to help create a more alkaline environment in your body. Eat only organic food at home. Consider a heavy metal detox with the zeolite detox I recommend in the classroom section (and the detox spray can be sprayed on skin). Try a trace mineral supplement. @Janet Gattsek Laundry detergent alone is so incredibly toxic that I gag around people wearing their clothes. It's everywhere. Parents may go vax free, but still shop at a conventional store, buy and use toxic products every day, eat pesticides every day, and so on. Drink fluoridated water every day. and so on.
