Seeking Insight on Private Label Wine Partnerships & Brand Alignment
Hi everyone, I have a question for those who have experience on the production or brand side of wine. I’m currently building a concept that blends curated wine experiences with botanical wellness, and I’m exploring pathways to eventually introduce a wine component under my own brand. At this stage, I’m not looking to produce from scratch, but rather to understand: Which vineyards, wineries, or distributors offer private label or white label opportunities What strong partnership models look like when you’re still building alignment with your brand And what to be mindful of when entering this space without compromising quality or identity If anyone is open to sharing insight or pointing me in the right direction, I’d truly appreciate it.
Is anybody else a little nervous about event pricing these days?
I’m hosting a Wine & Charcuterie Board class, and the venue cost is $95 per person. That means I’d have to charge $125 on Eventbrite just to make a profit. My class size would be 10 minimum, 18 max, and I’m really wondering how folks are handling costs right now. Are guests still willing to pay for curated experiences, or are high ticket prices making it harder to fill events?

This is such a real question right now. What I’m noticing is that people are still willing to pay, but they’re more intentional about what they’re saying yes to. It’s less about the price point and more about how the experience makes them feel before they even arrive. When something feels curated, intimate, and thoughtfully designed, it tends to hold its value even at a higher ticket. I also think framing matters. When it’s positioned as a guided experience versus a class, it shifts how people perceive the investment. Your numbers actually make sense for what you’re offering. It may just be about anchoring the experience in a way that communicates the full value.

@Sunni Jones I love the idea of the sponsored welcome glass, that’s a great touch. Something else that could be a low lift but high impact is adding a simple guided moment; like a brief sensory note or pairing insight that helps guests slow down and actually experience what they’re tasting. It doesn’t have to be long, but it shifts it from just attending to actually feeling the experience.

Hi everyone, I’m Mischa. I’m based in Phoenix, Arizona. Right now, wine feels like a bridge for me, something that brings people together, slows the pace, and opens space for connection. What brought me here is a desire to deepen my understanding of wine within a community that feels grounded and intentional. I’ve been working on something called Sage Wisdom Collection, where I create curated wine and herbal pairing experiences designed to help women slow down and reset. I’m currently preparing for a private experience called Soft Reset, so being in spaces like this feels aligned. Looking forward to learning and connecting with you all.
