What engagement strategies are actually working for you? 🥰
I've been going deep on member engagement lately & I want to open this up for a real conversation - because I know so many of you are doing really creative things to keep members active, connected & coming back. Here's what I've been doing so far: daily engagement posts inside the community, staying consistent with emails & personally reaching out to members who've gone quiet - just a simple check-in to let them know I haven't forgotten about them & that life gets in the way for all of us. The response has been really warm & it's something I want to keep doing as we grow. I'm also exploring things like personalized Loom videos for new members & am curious about what others are doing across the full member journey. So I want to hear from you: 👉 Onboarding - Are you doing anything personalized when a new member joins? Personal Looms, welcome calls, DM sequences? What's landing best? 👉 Re-engaging inactive members - What does your process look like when someone goes quiet? How many days before you reach out, what do you say & what's your response rate? 👉 Pre-churn - Are you catching members before they cancel? Any automations, personal touches or check-ins that have helped retain someone on the fence? 👉 Post-churn - Do you reach out after someone leaves? What does that look like & have you ever successfully brought someone back? 👉 Ongoing engagement - Beyond content & posts, what are you doing to keep members actively participating day to day? I'm at 20 members right now so I'm still very much in the personal touch phase - but I want to start building systems that scale without losing that personal feel. Drop what's working below — even one thing could spark something for someone else in here. 👇
