System Reset Protocol™ – Integrations, Shares & Embodiment
You’ve now learned the System Reset Protocol™ ***If you haven't started you can find the module 3 HERE. This is not just a method. It’s a way of relating to yourself as a bio-system. When the system is overloaded, dysregulated, or stuck in loops — the answer is not more input.It’s a reset back to baseline. This post is an invitation to integrate, not consume. 1. What Did You Notice? After practicing or reflecting on the System Reset Protocol, what stood out? • A shift in awareness• A change in your body state• A realization about patterns or loops• A new understanding of baseline Subtle counts. Often that’s where the real change begins. 2. Where Are You Applying It? System Reset only matters when it meets real life. Where are you integrating it? • Work to home transition• Morning overwhelm• Emotional reactivity• Energy crashes• Conflict or disconnection Notice: Are you adding more effort… or returning to baseline? Are you overriding… or regulating? Are you pushing… or resetting? There is no right answer. Just awareness. 3. 5–7 Day Reset Integration (Optional but Powerful) If it feels aligned, comment below with: “I commit to practicing a daily reset.” For the next 5–7 days:Pause once per day. Reset your system. Return to baseline. Then come back and share one sentence: What shifted? What softened? What became clearer? This is not about intensity. What stood out from the questioning the different areas of my life, that my mind needs more support. The need to alchymize the urgency I very often feel instead of listening my inner emotional authority. The need to step back instead of stepping automatically in and behaving from this autopilot mechanism, which need to safe others before taking care about myself and my needs. Thank you for this practice.

This session wasn’t about breathing “better.”It was about understanding why breath matters at all. Breath is one of the only systems in the body that is both automatic and consciously accessible. Because of that, it becomes the most direct bridge between awareness, safety, and regulation. This post is an invitation to integrate, not analyze. 1. What Did You Notice?After watching or practicing, share what stood out: - A shift in awareness - A change in how you relate to your breath - A realization about safety, control, or effort Subtle insights count. Often, they’re the most important ones. 2. How Are You Relating to Breath Now? Many of us were taught to use breath to push through, fix, or override the body. After this session, notice: - Are you breathing with your system or at it? - Are you forcing change, or allowing regulation? - Are you listening, or trying to control? There’s no correct answer. I am big fan of nervous system regulation tools, and the eye tracking I found very challenging. Would be interested in what is it exactly helping with as it seems I have a big room for improvement in this specific technique. Then I ended up to use deep activation practice almost every day for 4-5 days and it feels great that the activation is not that strong and can be used even in the morning to start my day and be quickly grounded after. I really appreciate this balance between activating and grouding back to body. Thank you @Pavel Aeon

Hi, I am Míra, born in Czech, living in Portugal, holistic therapist and somatic coach. I am done with workholism and overwhelm. I wanna create clarity and deeper connection to my emotional authority within. 3/5 Emotional Projecter still acting like a Generator sometimes :D. @Trevor Hodgson Yes, I hear you. Creating space intentionally every day and tuning into the safety felt in the body. At the moment I like somatic movements for my inner child care. Simple moves, but so deep.
