Bio: 64yrs. Retired, married, 2 sons, 2 grandsons. Interests: wildlife, birding, caravaning, photography & sewing.

Bio: Healthy & Fit at 60 after a lifetime of struggle, I lost 70 lbs. Knowledge leads to healing power, teaching a successful Keto lifestyle is my passion.
