Blurry vision?
It is almost 30 days I started carnivore diet. My close-up vision was already affected and got worse after I hit 45, but since I started carnivore diet it feels like it is getting worse day by day. I wear glasses while sitting in front of monitor, but before diet I was able to read on my phone w/o glasses, and now I cannot read any more on my phone, I have to put glasses on to properly see. Anyone else affected by this? Is this temporary or I need to the eye doctor.
muscles tingling/numbness
Hello all, I just started. It has been 15 days on the Carnivore diet. The first week was a bit rough. I started dieting right after I came back from a two-week vacation in Europe, where I ate tons of food (pizza, pasta in Italy, etc.) and drank beer almost every day. That made me feel a bit worse, I guess, than if I had started while eating regularly. Well. I made it. The second week was much better, and I feel great today. I just started feeling a bit of "tingling" and "numbness" in my legs and muscles in my head/face, especially after sleeping. I woke up at 2 am last night, and it felt the worst compared to a few days ago. I'm reading online that it might be due to vitamin/mineral deficiency. What do you think? I'm taking electrolytes (REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Mix) with water, so my potassium and sodium levels should be fine. What else might I be missing? Thanks!

feeling of tingling/numbness sensation went away, but my head is still feels "heavy". It feels like brain is heavy. I think I overdose myself with potassium while dinking ton of electrolytes. Any thoughts?
