But what I wanted to do… (with some other epic peeps) was to still show up, but ONLY in comments… comments on old posts… other people's posts… different platforms etc…. I tested it, tracked it… studied, geeked the f*ck out… and made SALES… cha-fricken-ching… Because ya see… this is where the connections are made. Right… something came out of a Mirror session yesterday, that we run inside the Backroom (MYM ENGINE ROOM) that I wanna share because I think every single Skool community owner needs to hear this… Your tiers are not just price points. They are STEPS. And the job of each step is to speak to the person on the step below about what's waiting on the step above. And here's the question I want you to actually sit with for a second mwah… Does every piece of content you put out speak to the person on the step below about what's waiting on the step above… or are you just talking to everyone about everything and hoping the right person figures out where they fit… Because if it's the second one… that's possibly why peeps ain’t moving. And I don't mean the vague fluffy stuff like oh I stand for authenticity or I stand against toxic hustle culture… everybody and their cute ass dog says that… that is the meh middle ground I am talking about… I mean the REAL juicy specific stuff… the stuff that makes some people go OOOFFF YES FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT… and makes other people go eek absolutely not she is not for me… And here is the bit many peeps miss… BOTH of those reactions are the point. BOTH of those mean it's working and thats a WOOP! sit with this question for a second and actually answer it honestly obvs… If I asked three people who follow you right now what you stand FOR and what you stand AGAINST… would they all give me the same answer… or would they have absolutely no effin’ idea… Because if it is the second one… that ain’t a content problem… that is a conviction problem… and CONVICTION… drumroll… is abso-fricken-lutely fixable… 😂 So here is what I want you to do today… and I totes want you to come back and tell me what comes up… (I wanna know) Grab your notepad… or the back of an envelope… or whatever is nearest… and write two lists… 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗢𝗥 ✅ the stuff I would go to bat for even if it cost me followers… the stuff I believe so deeply it almost feels obvious to me but apparently is not obvious to everyone… the stuff I'd say even if it made someone uncomfortable AF…

something that happened this week because it totes stopped me in my tracks and reminded me exactly why The Backroom community is what it is… and why I'm so damn grateful for it so I had this idea… I was gonna open the Backroom up for 48 hours… let the outside world have a nosy… see the vibe… see the epic humans… see what actually goes on in there part of me kinda thought it would be great for visibility for everyone inside and also the space itself… a little experiment… would people see it and wanna jump in? So before I did anything… I asked The Backroom members… obvs and their responses changed my mind completely One said "I've written things in here I wouldn't share anywhere else publicly" another said "what makes a space like this special is that you can share vulnerably… that's the whole point of being behind a paid wall with people you trust" Another said "I'd feel really uncomfortable if a private community suddenly went public… even for 48 hours" And I sat there reading those and just went… yeah THAT is it. THAT is what makes this place different… epic af… and worth protecting always the fact that people come in and say the real thing… the scary thing… the vulnerable thing… without performing… without worrying about who's watching… without softening it for public consumption You don't find that everywhere… totes not and it's not something I'm ever gonna trade for visibility… not even for a nano second so we're staying private… always… what's said in the Backroom stays in the Backroom ✌️ BUT… it did make me think about the people on the outside… if you've been kinda watching from out there… wondering what actually goes on in the Backroom… wondering if it's your kind of space… here's what I can tell you it's a space where people say the thing they've been too scared to say anywhere else… where they show up for each other without even being asked… where the conversations are real and the results are real and the HUMANS are amazing
