Being mentored by Chris and especially discovering The Way has been a total game changer for me. I am now empowered with practices that enable me to be with pain and judgement and go beyond the stories of my mind and thereby experience more peace and joy. I am more loving AND have better boundaries. The people in my life all get a better version of me and hopefully benefit from the wisdom of these teachings that arise in the course of our relationships.
