Tuesday The Misdiagnosed Moment in Labs
When “normal” wasn’t normal, and your physiology knew it. There’s a moment almost everyone in this community has lived through. It happens in a tiny exam room, under fluorescent lights, with a printout that looks official enough to silence your intuition. You’re exhausted. You’re inflamed. You’re not yourself. And the labs come back stamped with the most dismissive diagnosis of all: “Everything looks normal.” That’s the Misdiagnosed Moment. Not because your body was fine, but because the reference range was. Today we’re talking about the gap between normal labs and normal physiology, and how many people get trapped in that gap for years. Tuesday The Misdiagnosed Moment in Labs - Part 1 When the reference range told one story, and your physiology told another. There’s a moment in almost every health journey where the truth gets quietly rerouted. It doesn’t happen with a dramatic diagnosis. It happens with a shrug. A printout. A monotone voice. A finger tapping a column of numbers. “Everything looks normal.” That’s the Misdiagnosed Moment, the moment your physiology was waving a flag and the system handed you a blindfold. Because here’s the part no one tells you: Reference ranges don’t measure health. They measure averages. And we’ve normalized dysfunction so thoroughly that “average” and “optimal” no longer live in the same universe. Where the Misdiagnosis Actually Happens 1. When the range is built from a sick population If you take thousands of people who are inflamed, exhausted, under‑recovered, under‑nourished, and metabolically unstable, and you build a “normal range” from them Congratulations, you’ve just created a system where dysfunction is the baseline. So when your labs come back “normal,” all it means is: You match the average of a population that is not well. Your physiology deserved better than that comparison. 2. When the quiet markers are the ones that matter Most people were trained to look at the loud labs: CBC, CMP, cholesterol, glucose. But the body whispers long before it screams.

Why is this system signaling? What is the mechanism underneath? When the root cause is ignored, the symptom becomes a recurring subscription.. This very normal nowadays @Dr. Peninah Wood Ph.D these is deep dive into our biology. Thank you for sharing all these info. I am 37 and some here what your saying resonates, my weight was up and down, sleep deprivation for years when I was building the foundation of my business. I could work 24hours, a business owner and a mother of 2 very young children at that time. Now I'm 38 & I feel like I'm paying the price of what I did for 8years during the pick of my traditional business.

@Dr. Peninah Wood Ph.D I'm glad your sharing this expertise here on Skool. I love reading so, yes I got to learn from your wealth of knowledge, wisdom and lived experiences. Especially now I'm approaching 40 and still terrified thinking what it's gonna be like in peremenapose. I might got the spelling wrong.

Thursday: The Metals That Mimic Every Diagnosis
This is a long class but one of the most important classes I teach because heavy‑metal interference doesn’t look like “toxicity” it looks like diagnosis. It mimics thyroid disorders, anxiety, ADHD, IBS, perimenopause, depression, histamine issues, blood sugar problems, mitochondrial disease, and even autoimmune patterns. People spend years being treated for the wrong thing because no one ever taught them that metals disrupt minerals, hormones, neurotransmitters, bile flow, and mitochondria in ways that perfectly imitate clinical conditions. This class matters because it gives people the clarity they’ve never been offered: their symptoms aren’t random, and they’re not a collection of separate diagnoses, they’re a single physiological pattern that’s been misread for years. When you understand the pattern, you stop chasing labels and start understanding your body. So get your coffee, an adult beverage, your favorite tea, any other beverage, and pull up a chair, and steep yourself in truth. HEAVY METAL TOXICITY: The Pattern Hiding in Plain Sight A Thursday deep-dive for people who are tired of being told “your labs are normal.” Most people only hear the phrase heavy metal toxicity in two contexts: 1. A dramatic poisoning story on the news 2. A wellness influencer selling a detox kit Both are incomplete. Neither explain why so many people walk around with symptoms that look like burnout, anxiety, hormone chaos, gut issues, or “mystery fatigue” while the real story is happening at the cellular level. This class is for the people who’ve been told their symptoms are “just stress,” when in reality their physiology has been whispering the same pattern for years. Let’s decode it. 1. Heavy Metals Don’t Announce Themselves, They Displace What You Need Most The body runs on minerals. Heavy metals hijack them. - Lead competes with calcium - Mercury competes with selenium - Cadmium competes with zinc - Arsenic disrupts sulfur pathways This is why heavy metal patterns often masquerade as:
