I specialize in handling Sub2, Seller-Finance, Wraps, Double Closings, JV transactions, Wholesale, and Investor deals — along with traditional FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans. I’m also skilled in advanced investor strategies such as the Morby Method and Stackable Method, and maintain strong connections with Transactional Funders and Gator Lenders to ensure even the most complex deals close smoothly. Sunset Property Management LLC – based in Connecticut, where I work with buyers, investors, and wholesalers nationwide to acquire, manage, and transform local properties. I handle property management, project management, fix-and-flip oversight, and investor coordination, ensuring every project runs efficiently from start to finish. In addition, I act as a real-estate connector, matching out-of-state buyers and investors with the right Connecticut opportunities and lenders offering DSCR, hard-money, bridge, and creative finance loan options. Before entrepreneurship, I proudly served as a 92A Automated Logistics Specialist (Quartermaster) with the 228th FSB Maintenance, 141st Medical Supply, and 169th Aviation units — mastering logistics, organization, and mission execution. Those same principles guide my businesses today: precision, integrity, and accountability. I have two amazing daughters and a husband who is a general contractor. Together, we own several multifamily properties in Connecticut, and we’re deeply involved as real-estate investors, landlords, and property managers — constantly expanding our portfolio and helping others do the same.
