A major discovery: Better Writing Quality 🏅
We ran a series of benchmark tests, and one thing stood out: the quality of a PublishFlow book depends heavily on the style and tone guide behind it. The gap between a strong guide and a weak one was dramatic. A weak guide pulls the whole book down, the writing reads worse and the content lands with less value. A strong guide produces genuinely exceptional books. In practice that meant if you did not spend time tuning your style and tone guide, the outcome carried more variance than it should have. Some books came out excellent, others less so, without a clear reason why. We have now solved that at the source. The style and tone generation has been rebuilt to be optimized by default. In a benchmark test accross 4 books, the new generation beat every model we tested across all categories. By far. ✅ For new books, every style and tone guide you create in PublishFlow, whichever way you create it, is now fully optimized. Great writing style is the default now, not something you have to get right by hand. ℹ️ For your existing books: if you are happy with how they read, you do not need to do anything, your guide was already doing its job. But if the writing style ever felt a little off, you can now regenerate the style and tone guide and rewrite the book on top of it. Attached you find our transparent benchmarks, tested against the strongest AI models out there.

@Elena Cotea not sure what you mean by "automatically" but there is a formatting tool where you can insert images yes
Amazon Ads Automation + Keyword Research Tools
Hey everyone, Two quick questions: First, has anyone used a company or tool to automate Amazon Ads campaigns? I’ve seen a few options, but some seem only semi-automated and still require manual input, while others say they are fully automated. I’d love to know what your experience has been and whether you felt it was worth the cost. Second, what tools are you using to check keywords and profitability before choosing or validating a book ideIs anyone using Publisher Rocket and finding it reliable enough? I’m curious about the real pros and cons. Thanks so much. I’m trying to understand what’s actually useful before adding another tool or service to the process.

@Laura Lopez Arana Actually Advigator is the only one I've seen recommended that isn't specifically for books (all their examples are for Amazon Sellers accounts) but im still gonna try it. Just saw Ken Fornari recommends a software called BookBidder, looks like it only optimizes your existing campaigns, it doesnt create new ones, and they charge based on how many campaigns are managed. Could be another one you can test, but tbh im not sold on it at first glance lol.

@Laura Lopez Arana ah okay good to know! Yeah my plan is to just build up my library and brand to a few dozen books with audio and lottery ads, then have a full service agency run all my ads. But who knows, looking forward to how things go!
Our biggest update yet! Writing Tool 2.0 🎉
We reworked the heart of PublishFlow! You are now able to write books… …more detailed …more polished …and faster ✅ First big update: Developmental Editing We added a Development Editing layer, analyzing your book and optimizing it in the following areas: - Finding redundancies - Solving logical gaps - Adding more value to the reader - Improving the overall structure and flow - Helping you getting an overview of the book It models a real human developmental editor and is the biggest quality improvement we ever added for the writing tool so far. ✅ Second big update: Global Proofreading The proofreading now moved from the chapter by chapter section to a global layer. This means, after you finish your book and it went through development editing it enters the final step: proofreading. Like a human proofreader it is the last quality gate before your book is publish-ready. We also improved the structure of the proofreading. Before, it humanized and proofread your book. In addition to that we now are able to imitate human line editors. This results in more professional writing final versions of the text. ✅ Find a detailed explanation and tutorial of the new updates below 👇🏼 We hope you enjoy the new update and test it right away! It is available for all PublishFlow users for all new books, and also existing books: app.publishflow.com If you have any questions or feedback, just let us know! We are as always happy to help.

Amazing! The writing tool was already fantastic and now it looks like its even better. I have a manuscript that was written by a ghostwriter I hired (she used AI even though I explicitly requested not to use it, and she used it horribly, I told myself I would just fix the manuscript myself afterwards because it would be less of a headache). I might run it through the book optimizer and see what the developmental and line editor workflows can come up with. Appreciate the PublishFlow team so much for always pursuing excellence in this business 🔥
Positioning in a high-demand niche
Hi, I am not totally new to this but I still dont seem to get it. Everywhere everyone talks about demand validation. Thats easy. Then review counts. Also easy. But then what? When both those give you a green light you are still totally undifferentiated. How do you set yourself apart via your positioning? Because even if your cover is great and your value stack is awesome then you are just positioned like many others. Or is that enough? If not then how do you pick an angle? Thanks

I assume you use publishflow if you're part of this group right? I could explain a few ways to do it but the positioning tool literally does it for you. try researching a bunch of different niches and see what the positioning tool outputs, then you will start to learn what good positioning concepts are just from examples
