🏃🏻‍♂️ Where My Runners At?! 🏃🏻‍♂️
We believe the best way to grow a business / Skool is by running away from the desk and putting one foot in front of the other... Because the best ideas go to those who chase them. So if you're a Skooler who uses cardio to build your community... Join the Skool Cats Run Club! Where we don't sell training programs or celebrate the finish line, we celebrate the struggle of the journey because entrepreneurship is an endurance sport. Join us to share your road adventures and Skool stories. Claim your BIB # today while the numbers are low!! 👉 https://www.skool.com/skool-cats-run-club-6703/about WOOOO!!!

#FriendFriday 🎉
It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks! Please DO NOT promote yourself. 🤨. The entire community is for promoting yourself. This post is for celebrating someone else. 😊

Is your Skool 'Milk' or 'Kool Aid' - take the test
My bro bro and I have been collecting 'cult psychology' principles for years and turning that into helping communities become 'Customer Cults' ... Where they actually want to pay and stay and refer cause there's a strong sense of meaning and belonging... it's how the brain is wired. Now we have a quiz live, you check the box on all the things you currently have created in your Skool, then the bottom will show you a score. and you get to see the 'holes' in your leaky bucket that's stopping people from posting, or paying. Take the quiz and let us know your score below! www.customercults.com

Your About Page Should REPEL Members (Free Framework)
If you're anything like me, you've rewritten your About page at least 10x (probably more). But the About Page is your first (or second) impression. It's both your full-time salesman and doorman. It's what sets the tone for your community before they enter. And it SHOULD both attract the RIGHT members and REPEL the WRONG members... SOOOO many Skoolers are obsessed with their Member Count, thinking more = better. But getting more NEW members isn't how you grow your community, it's about getting more PER member.... that's how you actually build a business and get paid every day to change lives at scale doing what you love with the people you like. (We made over $30k in Q4 last year, but this came from only 4 of our members, proving it's not about number of members but quality of members) And you can't create inclusivity without exclusivity. So we need our About page to act like a filter so the right members feel like "this is for me" as they read, while the wrong members feel like clicking the big red X. This goes back to the "Fuck Off Filter" I posted yesterday. We don't sell access to content or community, we sell belonging. That's what humans are wired to want more than anything else... But most people haven't spent 7+ years studying cults, cult brands, and human psychology to know how to actually build for belonging. So we asked Claude to take our About page framework and build a little PDF that you can use to write an About page that makes the right members feel like they belong before even joining. And if your members are human, this can work for you toooooo!!! SOOO if you've read this far, can you do me a solid and check out this framework to see if it makes sense to you? It's hard to read the label from inside the bottle, so I'd love some constructive feedback on this puppy before we do anything with it... THANKS FAM! 🥳🤙

@Shannon Boyer APPRECIATE the feedback! - You're right, red is hard to read. - The 1000 character limit is REAL... but can you explain what you mean by the examples are longer than the character limit? The examples are from my About page which is 995 characters. - We're still refining who we are not - we want to alienate those who don't care about leading a tribe and just want to make sales off people (like PDF Hustlers and course resellers who never went through a hero journey of their own). You deeply care about your community and do a great job leading your tribe, so you're a great "Cult Leader", you're just following a slightly different model.
