With all due respect to the other people who've provided answers, I don't think they've hit the right one yet. But @Travis Sago gave us some HUGE clues. The question is what was the bottleneck that existed when he was a kid, he solved in his mid-thirties, and the solution allowed him to become a millionaire by forty. It can't be customers. Already, as a kid, he recognized that his customers were GOLD. It can't be a problem to solve or and offer. As a kid, he found all kinds of other things to do for his customers. It's thinking that the other problems you solve and offers you make need to be fulfilled by you. @Travis Sago's #1 (as in most important) lesson: You need to Tom Sawyer that mutha. The classic @Travis Sago offer, in kid form, would be to a bunch of his friends, "If I got you all the candy, walkie-talkie, and wrist rocket money you want, would you give me 10%?" You could have all the kids in the neighborhood mowing the cemetery lawn, pulling weeds, and light carpentry, and you could spend the summer relaxing, enjoying the time away from school, and eating candy.
