I have a guitar I got in 1965. It’s an old Teisco MJ-2. I was 10 when my dad brought it back from being stationed in Japan. Tried to learn to play on it. When I realized you have to take time to learn. I took it apart to see how it worked. In the process, I jacked up the wiring and the pots. Over the last 60 years I tried to reattach the wires, but I know nothing about what goes where or why. Now I want to try to restore it, but I know nothing about how to wire it. (the wires from the pickups are in tact. The other wires are broken or disconnected). I need new pots and plan on ordering them as soon as I figure out what to buy. What I need is someone to show/tell me how to wire the pots, switchs, pickups and jack so that it works again. Here’s a similar picture of it. Mine has a different bridge/tailpiece which I want to replace. Just got a new nut and the neck is straight. Need wiring help.
