WELCOME
Welcome! You now have access to resources including our weekly livestreams replays (see 'CLASSROOM')! Introduce yourself here and share a health goal you have. Let's get to know each other. You can say this: Hi, I'm from ___. For fun, I enjoy ___. My top health goal is ___.

What usually clears this up is standardizing the basics for a few weeks instead of changing the plan every few days. Keep training selection stable, track performance plus recovery, and let the data show whether the bottleneck is volume, intensity, food, or sleep.

A welcome thread usually gets better answers when people share three specifics: one health goal, one friction point, and one habit they already do consistently. That gives the group something real to build on instead of generic introductions.
Thank you 🙏
Thank you to all of you for your beautiful birthday wishes. 😄 I appreciate you, and thank our dear Dee Amc for this fabulous pic! Headed for 50 in style, and so excited for a future filled with love, abundance, travel and even more health. 🥳
Thank you 🙏

Recovery quality tends to explain more than people expect. When sleep, soreness, session performance, steps, and appetite all move together, it gets much easier to tell whether the plan is creating momentum or just covering up fatigue.
Should you build muscles? 💪🧐
What are the benefits to building muscles? This seems obvious, but there’s many more benefits associated with strength training that we may not know. In this Livestream (REPLAY), Jesus and I share what we do to build physical strength, and talk about factors including hormones, bone density, injuries, mental focus, energy, sleep and more. We additionally talk about how strength training has helped change me since I began weight training about two years ago, and methods we use to bolster our weight training and recover quickly. If you know someone who would benefit from this discussion, share this with them! Meanwhile, Jesus and I are taking a waitlist to work with us, and we’re presenting a couple of programs (healing and strength training) to begin with. If that’s you, comment ‘waitlist,’ and we’ll connect with you directly. Positions are limited, so do that now! If you can't wait, message us directly, and we'll see how we can help. See you on the next livestream! Tasha~

I would tighten the surrounding variables before changing the whole protocol. Dose timing, meal size, hydration and electrolytes, sleep debt, and training stress can all distort the signal. A short daily log usually makes the pattern much easier to see.
How’s your week been?
Day 6 done! It’s been a tough week (and I’m not talking about weight training). How’s your week been? Let us know.👇

Tough weeks usually get easier when I lower the bar for the non-negotiables instead of trying to win the whole week at once. One training session, one decent meal, one early night, then build from there. Momentum comes back faster when the floor is simple.
Slow down or STOP???
What do you do when you’re working on something, and out of nowhere, you have to slow down or stop? Jesus here is talking about the importance of flow and flexibility when it comes to working on a project. This is something that I struggle with, and sometimes feel that if I pour more time or effort into something, I’m going to achieve whatever goal it is that I’m working toward. But sometimes, life gets in the way, and we don’t have any control. It’s interesting because we both highly value qualities of persistence and consistency, but from time to time, there is a pause or plateau in a project, and our ability to adapt is part of the process. I love the book, ‘Greenlights’ by actor Matthew McConaughey, as he speaks to this topic, and it’s a good reminder that when the traffic light is ‘green,’ that we use the moment to push forward, ‘ride that wave,’ and use momentum to our advantage. Let us know in the comments whether slowing down or pausing a project is challenging for you too, and let us know in the comments what your project is right now! We’d love to know. A good filter is whether the friction is coming from fatigue, confusion, or a real external constraint, because each one needs a different response. If it is fatigue, shrink the task. If it is confusion, rewrite the next step until it is obvious. If life is genuinely in the way, switch to maintenance mode and protect momentum instead of forcing full speed.
