Hey guys, thanks for adding me to the group. I’m in the process of setting up a cart in Florida and can’t find a straight answer to whether pressurized water and a water heater are required, or is gravity, fed water, and copper tubing over the burners sufficient to supply hot water. Does anybody have a straight answer for this?
