Level 2 on Day 1!
Hey family! So excited to chat with you. This is my Day 1 and I made it to Level 2 on the leaderboard! I'm so excited. I'm so grateful for this community. Before I found UGC World, I attended a webinar from another UGC creator who did her spiel then did her call to action for a price of 3K-8K to sign up. That was way too expensive but I did ask her in the chat about how to reconnect with her next year possibly when my finances would be better. She didn't respond. I felt discouraged. Then, I searched on Youtube and found Gloria and her free course. Here I am, feeling excited, on Level 2, and with a portfolio already! Thank you Gloria and family for providing real value!

@Emily Johnson not yet but thank you for the offer.
"ugc is saturated" is a myth. here's the truth.
the most common reason people give me for not starting is "isn't UGC oversaturated now?" so let me kill it with the actual truth. the top is saturated. the middle is empty. and everyone quits before they leave the top. here's what I mean. the saturated part everyone's scared of is the entrance. thousands of girls making their first videos, all pitching the same 5 beauty brands, all copying the same trending format. yes. that specific corner is a bloodbath. if that's your whole plan, you'll drown. but that's not the market. that's the doorway. and it's crowded because it's the only part beginners can see. walk ten feet past the doorway and it's a ghost town. brands in boring categories with real budgets and nobody pitching them. creators who can actually write a hook instead of filming a trend. anyone willing to do the unsexy version of this for longer than three months. the middle of this market is starving for people, and almost nobody reaches it, because they saw the crowd at the entrance and assumed the whole building was full. saturation is real at the level where everyone's standing. it evaporates the second you go one level deeper than the people who quit. the crowd is a doorway, not a room. walk through it.

My UGC stack for staying sane while scaling
When I first started doing UGC, I assumed the hardest part would be coming up with a hook that stops the scroll. Turns out, the real challenge is keeping track of the admin side when you have multiple brands, editors, and deadlines hitting all at once. For a long time, my workflow was a digital mess. I was juggling pitch templates in Notion, raw files in Google Drive, and edits in CapCut. It worked, but I felt like I spent more time managing tabs than actually creating content. I've been refining my setup lately to keep the momentum going: - Notion: Still using this for my pitch templates and outreach stats. - Google Drive: My go-to for asset delivery and storage. - CapCut: Still my main suite for fast edits. - Floment: I added this to my stack to manage daily tasks and project progress. It’s a dedicated workspace for the execution side of things, helping me stay focused on building my pipeline rather than just taking notes. It has been a solid way to keep my creative energy from getting drained by all the admin work. What is the one tool in your stack you absolutely cannot live without when you are managing your active brand deals?

@Tony Iverson thanks for sharing this. I am a newbie here but understand and agree that systems is where sanity and profits really exist. Thanks again.
