Hi Team, I'm curious what the best source of new listings is for you??? I am in California listings are up 30% year over year but im not sure the best way to get ‘em in 2025!! 😁 Any ideas are truly appreciated :-)

i’m in Northern California and 40% of our market was driven by downsizers last year. I would turn your prospecting towards life-changing events, downsizing, Probate, NOD‘s., divorce. I call these list just like I’m circle prospecting it’s effective and inexpensive
