Is there a script I can use if I’m trying to text land builders or cash buyers for land

What would you would you recommend in my position? I really want to quit my job and never work 9-5 job again very badly but I’m currently stuck and want to wholesale full time when I’m working just can’t afford to quit my job yet although I would if I could in a heartbeat @Evan Hamilton @Zach Ginn @Korey Whitley

So for vacant land talking to cash buyers i understand talking to the buyers first but without the deal how should I talk to them and what questions should I ask when I don’t yet have a property?

Are there contracts here we can use for Land deals?

Let me help you out⬇️
