Your Remarkable Morning Routine
Good day Brother and welcome To RMP. So let's get the journey started with creating your Remarkable Morning Routine. You may already have a great morning ritual, if so, well played. If not, you can start implementing this tomorrow. How you start your day has a big impact on how your day unfolds. Start your day with a victory. Rise at 5:00 AM (6:00 AM at the latest). Divide your morning into 3 segments: 1) Working out -Get physical 2) Meditation - Connect to God, Source, Your higher self, or still your mind. 3) Sharpen the saw - Learning, reading, instructional videos, writing in your journal. It will help to keep each segment in a timed structure. Usually 20 minutes to 1 hour for each segment depending on your schedule. As well, put reminders in your phone and calendar to keep you on track. Make sure one segment does not bleed into the next. When the time is up, move on. Be intentional about your day!
