Starting January from the Inside Out ✨
As we step into the first full week of January, I want to offer a softer place to begin. Instead of asking: “What should I focus on?” or “What do I need to fix this week?” What if you tried this question instead: What would help my body feel a little more supported today? That support might look like: • simplifying instead of adding • saying no where you usually push through • or giving yourself permission not to have January figured out yet Mindfulness doesn’t ask us to do more. It invites us to listen more closely. Take a moment today to notice: Where could ease replace effort, even just a little? You’re allowed to begin this week without force. 🤍
