Thank you to Helmet for this amazing affordable community. I have been in many mindbody groups before but after working with Helmet’s program.  I am now feeling so much better. The “wins” are endless including - I am back to working a full time job which I was really struggling to get back to. Helmet is funny, insightful, authentic and has great energy - and Cindy just has a wonderful way of articulating her words to make everything so relatable.
