Heather answered on a different post - 6mg add 60 units bac water. Then each 10 units of mix is 1 mg Reta (on my insulin syringe - one full syringe is 1ml - so I would fill water to the 60 line, then 10 line is equal to 1mg)

It is suggested you work down off your Tirz and then onto Reta. They work different.. another thing you can do is add 1mg dose of Reta and also half dose yourself on Tirz for a week or two until you bring that amount down. What mg are you taking of Tirz? If it is only a low dose, likely will be quick and easy.
