I have a long resume as I have 15 years experience in technology. I’m looking at building role specific resumes so I am not bombarding the reader with too much to read through. Hoping this strategy will help land a role. I’m getting interviews but they are far from my dream job. I’m recently enrolled in a cybersecurity program so that will be another resume and that is my dream job!

AI cannot replace these superpowers!
So many believe that they can be replaced by AI. The reality is you will not be replaced by AI. People who know how to use AI may replace you. However, AI is not omnipotent. If you have the ability to: 1. anticipate outcomes 2. read people 3. synthesize information 4. see patterns across domains You have exactly the superpowers AI can’t replace. If you have those capabilities, you are unstoppable.

AI does not have the ability to gather information in a meaningful and thoughtful manner. This is where we as people can learn and lean into our human experience, listen with compassion, gain feedback, and move forward with the newly processed information. Each one of our brains are uniquely marvelous, making each one of us special in our own way.
