Do you feel alone on this mission?
Many people are currently looking for a new job. Many people have been looking for some time. Any many people feel like they are on their own. Few partner with others to help each other. This is the goal of this community. A strong strategy is to divide and conquer. You do not have to do it alone. However, if you do not engage, you remain alone. Send me a message. Let's create some team meetings. Let's get this community helping each other. Right now. It starts with you. When can you make the time? Please add your preferred time and days and how often you can attend to the comments.

LinkedIn will reward you ⭐🏆⭐
If you engage with the platform, LinkedIn will help drive profile views: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/alicia-teltz_whydoesthealwayswinforfucksake-activity-7451917610436440064-kZsm?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAALd_ioBH44URohXjkWieY_qu0WPgmdlqS8

LinkedIn will reward you ⭐🏆⭐
Using LinkedIn as a Networking Partner
Most people treat LinkedIn like a billboard. They post. They wait. They wonder why nothing happens. Here is what I have learned after building a presence that actually opens doors: LinkedIn rewards the people who show up for others before they ask anything for themselves. That starts with content that has a point of view. Not tips. Not lists. Not recycled career advice dressed up in a carousel. A real perspective, grounded in something you have lived, that makes someone stop and think differently about a problem they are already sitting with. The best posts I have written did not start with "what should I share today." They started with something I could not stop thinking about. But content is only half of it. Here is the engagement strategy most people skip: comment with substance on other people's posts before you ever ask them to engage with yours. Not "great post." Not a single emoji. A comment that adds a layer, asks a real question, or names something the original post left unsaid. That kind of comment builds your visibility with the author and their entire network simultaneously. It is the highest-leverage five minutes on this platform, and almost no one does it consistently. And when people comment on your content, reply to every single one. Every comment is a conversation starter. Leaving it unanswered is leaving a connection on the table. Beyond content, five things will accelerate your results: 1. Post consistently, at least three to five times a week. Visibility compounds over time and disappearing for two weeks resets your momentum. 2. Schedule your posts in advance. I batch and schedule my content for the entire month at one time, which frees me to focus on what actually builds relationships: showing up in the comments, responding to my network, and staying present without scrambling for something to say. 3. Connect intentionally with people already working in the roles and industries you are targeting, not just people you already know. 4. Use niche job boards specific to your field alongside LinkedIn, because the best opportunities are not always where everyone else is looking. 5. Treat your network like a living relationship, not a contact list.

Great advice! Not many people are using LinkedIn to their best advantage.
CALL TO ACTION - BY FRIDAY!
Hey everyone, Quick but important message. We currently have nearly 90 members in this community, but only a small handful are actively engaging, posting, commenting, asking questions, or watching the training content. The purpose of this group was never to become another “silent membership” community. It was built to help people actually get results: • Better jobs• Better networking • Better positioning • Better accountability • Better opportunities through community support Right now, too many people are sitting on the sidelines and trying to run this process solo. The reality is: The members who engage are the ones learning faster, building visibility, networking with others, and increasing their momentum. The people who stay invisible gain very little value from the community and unintentionally make the platform feel inactive for everyone else. So here’s the ask: By Friday, I need every member to begin participating in some way: • Watch the videos • Comment on posts • Introduce yourself • Ask questions • Share wins • Support other members • Start networking inside the community This community only becomes powerful if people contribute to it. Anyone who remains completely inactive after Friday may be removed as I begin cleaning up and rebuilding engagement inside the group. Nobody is losing money here. Membership has been free, but I want this to become a high-value, active community filled with people serious about helping themselves and each other succeed. Let’s build something that actually creates momentum for everyone involved.

What is your Candidate Operating System?
Try this prompt in you Chatbot ( I prefer Claude for this over ChatGPT) "Can you break this down according to my background skills, and ideal job or means of making money please: How the Candidate Operating System Works. The Candidate Operating System (C.OP.S.) is a job search strategy and brand-building framework designed to help candidates become "Need" candidates — those employers actively seek out and want to hire. Core Philosophy The system focuses on creating a high‑level, memorable professional brand that makes employers feel a need for you, rather than just being a "Nice" candidate who gets offers passively. It's about standing out in a crowded market and making employers want to hire you. Key Strategies 1. Unique Value Proposition (UVP) Instead of offering a broad range of skills, the C.OP.S. emphasizes 3–5 unique, memorable actions you've taken for companies. These actions are specific, impactful, and directly tied to the employer's current business mission. This "mental lane" helps decision‑makers remember and connect with your value. 2. 2. Bypassing Gatekeepers The approach encourages candidates to go directly to decision‑makers rather than relying on HR or recruiters. This can involve targeted outreach, social media engagement, or other direct communication methods to show value and initiate conversations. 3. 3. Controlling the Conversation By focusing on a few standout actions, you guide the interview process so employers ask questions about them. This keeps the conversation focused and gives you control over how your value is perceived. 4. 4. Building an Evergreen Brand The system aims to create a tribe of people who remember your unique value and will reach out when they need it. This long‑term brand presence ensures you're always in demand. 5. 5. Practical Tools & Resources The C.OP.S. offers consultation, referral programs, and employer‑sponsored initiatives, plus access to a book and webinars to help candidates implement the strategy." 6.
