I am trying to come out of "comfort zone" and do things that nourish and edify my heart and soul. I didn't know what to expect, so I jumped in anyway, and showed up. This workshop gave me a lot of "food for thought". and I am listening to my heart more now. I am also looking forward to engaging with the Empowered Living community.
