my simple gratitude today is my yoga mat. It's my space for me. I live in a crowded home and it seems every corner is taken. But when I pull out my mat, that is my time for me. I spend as much time as I can there. My family knows, when I am on my mat I am not to be disturbed. I'd love to hear yours

Have you ever heard the expression: you get what you give? It’s true that the people, places, and things around you influence you. But the opposite is also true: you influence them, too! On days when you feel depleted, look for little ways to boost someone’s Health Esteem with a kind word or small, thoughtful gesture. Today's Live session was about doing what you can with where you are followed by a brief immune boosting "yoga" session. It's easy. it's light and it's nice. Enjoy and I will see you next week.
