And every time that happens, I can feel the difference. My energy, focus, and mindset just feel… off. But when I own that first hour — everything shifts.The first 60 minutes after you wake up have the power to shape your entire day. Just breathe, pray, or reflect on gratitude. 📓 Set Intentions — Write down 3 wins I’m going to create today. 💪 Move Your Body — Even 10 minutes of movement wakes up the mind. 💧 Hydrate & Fuel — Coffee’s great, but water comes first. 🎧 Feed the Mind — A few pages of a book or a short podcast to inspire growth. The goal isn’t to have a perfect morning…It’s to own your morning more often than you don’t.
