I have been doing yoga for a while now and have been working on mountain climber and side crow for a long time— a few weeks ago I achieved mountain climber and this week I finally got side crow! Really made me feel strong😁

Stephen, You’re going to laugh, but also agree—all that practice cleaning house/ yard as kids has really made a difference in how I keep my house now😁 I mean it is definitely not perfect, but I’m a darn good house cleaner 😊

@Baylee Treasure-Shaw I’m a firm believer in it’s never too late!! And yes, the schooling is scary, but there is also a lot of help available! You don’t have to load up on all the hard classes at once, just do a little at a time😁 maybe just take a prerequisite class to see if ya really like the subject no pressure:-)
