Following up on last week's discussion on Astaxanthin, I have been taking a liquid form (drops) for probably a year now. It's $79 for a 30-day supply. The dosage is 8 mg/day. Here is a link: Organic Astaxanthin Supplement | Luxe Beauty Given the above is pricey (and boy does it stain if you accidentally spill it), I am going to try a different brand: SuperPure® Astaxanthin Extract - Astaxanthin Supplement Capsules – Pure Synergy The Pure Synergy version is also certified organic (which is important based on my research). It costs $36 for 60 capsules with 6 mg/capsule. I plan to take one capsule, twice daily in order to get 12 mg/day. Hopefully, it will be as pure as the original version I was using. If so, I will be spending considerably less for a higher dosage of astaxanthin. (I also got 20% off for being a new customer.) @Heather George Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this. @Kim Brandes I thought you might be interested in this. Thanks! Michelle
Hydrogen Water Bottles
Since the topic of hydrogen water bottles have come up a couple times, I figured I'd make a post that we can all comment on to contribute info on the subject. Some of us have purchased hydrogen water bottles and some are looking to buy one. Vicki said she would NOT recommend Zenrefresh. Here is the link to another one mentioned: https://thehydrowave.com/products/hydrogen-water-bottle%E2%84%A2?_kx=5Bl6vb5JDlFuusW-PePsYLiSGc1d0bUvIAicK3BmQ4c.YmAxPr Please contribute any brands you have liked so far, here in a comment. If is one offered on Amazon, I can then add it to our Amazon list before you all purchase it. Thank you everyone!

Hydrowave Hydrogen Water Bottle - Hydrowave Water Bottle,14OZ Portable Hydrowave Hydrogen Water Bottle Generator,6000+PPB, Hydrogen Water Ionizer Machine Rechargeable for Home Travel(Blue) - Walmart.com Hi, I have been using the HydroWave hydrogen water bottle. I ordered straight from the company for about double the price and it took a very long time before it arrived. I later learned that it was available from WalMart (see link above), which annoyed me because that would have been cheaper and faster. Anyway, I like it so far! After I use the hydrogen water bottle, I pour the hydrogen infused water into a regular glass so that my husband can use it next. I have to use it twice to generate enough for the water bottle that I take to the gym. Somewhere in the fine print it states the water stays hydronated for about 30 minutes. I'm at the gym longer than that usually but figure every bit helps.
Today’s call
I will not be on today’s call. My family suffered a huge tragedy on July 4th. My 84 yo father in law got into a fatal car accident after leaving a cookout at our house. We have felt a lot of love and support from family, friends and God, but this is hard and of course some of my eye chores have slipped. Hoping to get totally back on track soon. I know many of you have had similar struggles as life sometimes throws huge challenges our way. Please hold your loved one’s tight and take care. Many thanks, Michelle @Heather George

Taurine
Sharing the article link below given the discussion during yesterday's zoom meeting. Here is a summary: - Taurine, an amino acid often added to energy drinks, is making headlines after a study linked it to leukemia, a blood cancer. - The research shows leukemia cells may use taurine to grow, but it doesn’t suggest that taurine causes cancer. - Experts say healthy people don’t need to avoid taurine, but should still consume energy drinks in moderation. https://www.health.com/can-taurine-really-raise-your-risk-of-blood-cancer-11737533
