I've used Yonah's company for 4 of my properties back in 2021/2022. The first 3 were fine, but the last one I did took several months to get back and they never did an onsite or virtual visit like the first 3. Once I signed the contract my account was handed off to someone else which would have been fine, but they wouldn't respond to emails. I had to loop Yonah in to keep things moving. He did a good job of taking care of things, but I shouldn't have had to copy him on every email just to get a response. I was told they were going through growing pains so maybe things have improved now.
