How to pick a cost seg company
Hey everyone, I am looking to do a cost seg study for my 2025 tax filings and have had conversations with 3 companies: Seneca Cost Segregation, R.E Cost Seg and Remote Cost Seg. Does anyone have experience with any of these companies and/or is there any other ones I should check out before making my decision. Looking to make a decision in the next week or so to ensure my report comes back in time for an April 15th filing

R.E Cost Seg Referral Link
Hello! I just finished my intro call with R.E. Cost Seg, and they mentioned a 10% discount if I use a referral link. Has anyone here worked with them before and has a link that I can use? Thank you!

Thanks for sharing the link. I have had a call with this company as well and they recommended a rapid report for one of my properties and a fully engineered study for the other. I have heard to stay away from rapid studies because the IRS does not see them as legitimate. Has anyone also heard this before or was this a sales tactic from another company.
