If you joined this community, you’re not a consumer. You’re an action taker. Most people talk about building a community. You decided to build one. 👉🏻 So first things first: TAKE ACTION! STEP 1. Introduce yourself in the comments here: - Who you are - The outcome you want in 30 days - Your current stage (idea / validating / building / live) . PLS USE the poll or in the comment STEP 2. Do NOT Launch Yet (If You Haven’t) If you haven’t created your Skool community, pause. Action does not mean rushing. Start with Day 1 inside the Classroom and move in order. Clarity → Launch. STEP 3. Questions so far? Post them here or as a separate post in the Q&A category. Or in the relevant step. Public questions help everyone move faster. The rules are simple: - There are no stupid questions - The only stupid questions are those not asked No silent observers here. You joined because you want results. Let’s begin.

My first goal was to see if I could stick around for 30 days and set my name alight. So far, so good.
This Is Not a Challenge. It’s a Hackathon.
A challenge is something you “try.” A hackathon? That’s different. A hackathon is where people get together for a short, intense period of time and build something real. It’s collaborative. It’s focused. It’s fun. It’s slightly uncomfortable. And it’s about cracking the code. I cracked mine. I just got my first 100 members in my main community 🏆 You are welcome to join when you're ready! Now it's time for you to crack yours. The goal is simple: - 100 members in your community. - Momentum. Proof. Execution. - And yes - a $100 prize. But here’s the real prize: You stop being someone who dreams and become someone who builds. STEP 1. Your Commitment ----> Write It Down Now: “In the next 30 days, I will launch and grow my Skool community to 100 members.” Put it somewhere visible. If you’re brave, post it publicly on whatever platform you’re active on. LinkedIn. Instagram. Facebook. X. Doesn’t matter. Public commitment creates extra pressure. STEP 2. Make a public stake (it's optional, but it does work on some people like magic) Come up with a punishment if you don't do the work, and don't reach your goal in the next 30 days. Here is the idea: Remember, if you hit 100 members in 30 days, I'll send you $100. So, would not it be fair if don’t (because you did not put in enough work), you send me $100. Fair. Clean. Simple. Or choose your own fun public “penalty” — something visible, something playful. No shame. Just skin in the game. STEP 3. Share it here 👇🏻 - Write your commitment - Write your punishment if you feel it will help (optional) - Share a link to the public post with the commitment and punishment (optional) Ready? GO!
This Is Not a Challenge. It’s a Hackathon.
