I have a list of about 400 completely abandoned homes in Houston that I’ve been building since I got in real estate with dead homeowners of trashed houses, abandoned lots & etc…all stuck in an estate…I have zero probate experience but it’s about time I start actually trying to make some money off this list that’s atleast 7 years in the making, willing to profit split with anyone experienced in finding dead homeowners

I actually enjoy the research side—finding heirs, tracking people down, and untangling ownership. Texas being an affidavit of heirship state can make transfers a lot more straightforward in the right situations, so there may be a clean path on some of these without full probate.
