Lots of people say they want to change. Change their smoking habits, (while holding a cigarette), change eating habit, ( while holding a double double). You have start by “believing” you can do it. You have start working on self control and discipline. You can read books and attend every lecture this side of the Mississippi and get zero results or “believe” and “commit” to this new version of you coming. Whatever change you want happen, it can be done. But, try not to change other people, because it’s a full time job changing yourself. Good luck and keep on smiling.
