This morning had a tbsp of olive oil before coffee then normal breakfast of bran flakes, blueberries and hemp seeds. Spike highest yet

Thanks, Dr. Tara. I tried 3 tbsp of yogurt this morning before my normal breakfast and that helped a lot. Only went up to 6.8 instead of 9:2 without a walk. Going to try apple cider vinegar tomorrow to compare
Dinner Out
Wow! Out for dinner last night to upscale Asian restaurant. No choice on order of plates delivered nor ability to begin with protein. Started with a vegetable slaw. Courses really did not contain much rice or noodle. Thought I was eating less carbs. Was shocked glucose soared to 11.4 from 5.2. Highest I’ve seen yet. 10 min walk to subway and it dropped back down to 4.8. Will be interested to compare this afternoon. Going to Congee. That’s all noodle

Was surprised it didn’t go up nearly as much as I was expecting. Only up to 5.8 but no alcohol today and realized that it’s mainly rice noodle not wheat flour. Maybe that makes a difference?
