Wow! Out for dinner last night to upscale Asian restaurant. No choice on order of plates delivered nor ability to begin with protein. Started with a vegetable slaw. Courses really did not contain much rice or noodle. Thought I was eating less carbs. Was shocked glucose soared to 11.4 from 5.2. Highest I’ve seen yet. 10 min walk to subway and it dropped back down to 4.8. Will be interested to compare this afternoon. Going to Congee. That’s all noodle
