Keep Persistenting
I hit the phones a bit earlier than usual today, trying to catch more people before all the parties tonight. It kind of worked... kinda..not really lol I got lots of voicemails. Quite the array of people today. From Happy and laughing to Screaming and yelling F**k Off! Today was full of excitement haha. Made 105 calls today! 2 Inbound calls. -both not interested. Had 12 pick ups! 2 Wrong Numbers. 2 Hang ups. 3 Not Interested. 5 Ai pick ups. 2 Hang ups. 3 went to voicemail. 48 Voicemails left in total. No new leads today. Just more reps, and Dialing in the new schedule. Looking forward to making tomorrow run smoother. 1 Phone appointment on the schedule! its with an agent on their day off. Let see how it goes! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!!! LETTSSSS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Trials will lead to a Testimony
Today was more challenging to stay in the zone that usual. Had so many other side objectives that needed to be completed. When I was able to sit down and power up the Dialer it didn't seem like I made that much happen today. Lots of voicemails and no answers. Made 71 Calls tonight! Had 1 inbound Call that wasn't interested. Had 11 Pick ups! 3 Wrong Numbers. 2 Not Interested. 2 Hang Ups. 1 Already Sold. 3 Ai pick ups. 2 Hang Ups. 1 forwarded to voicemail. 28 Voicemails Left in total. You ever just start talking with someone and you guys just click and instantly connect? That's what happened with that appointment this afternoon. Connected with a realtor that is interested in working with me!! Another one in my back pocket for Future Novation Deals and she has her own buyers list if I ever need that as well. Looking forward to building this relationship and seeing how good this can really get! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!! LETTSSSS GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

When I built my PM company it was primarily through networking to get it off the ground. Once I had inertia it was the website and 5-star reviews on Google but that network was always providing fuel. Treat your Network like its own "sales funnel". Put them in a CRM and send them quality material (insights on the housing market, how to handle distressed properties, etc) every month or quarter. That way you stay top of mind and they reach out when an opportunity comes up. // The alternative is finding business cards and placing them in your desk drawer = useless. Best of luck!

Where do I register my phone number so it doesn't show up as spam?
I remember Zach mentioning 4 websites in one of the videos and I can't remember which one. Does anybody know what they are? Edit: Michael Simmons and Charles Mason answered my question in the comments so give them some likes!

@Cole Nedrow Swing and a miss!! I misread your question. Here's my best shot if you haven't got your answer yet. --- When I had a business the law came out and I had to register with my carrier to be able to send SMS. I was using Dial Pad at the time and later Ring Central. Not sure who your carrier is but you'll want to search "A2P 10DLC" registration for your carrier. I just did a quick look and it says Google voice does not support or permit A2P 10DLC. If you decide to go with a VOIP provider out of the three I've used Ring Central was by far the best.
