I just joined and I’m honestly so stuck and have been even though I’ve been discovering my own similar contexts through trauma healing and discovering neurological patterns having to do with function as right thinking….i always feel awful and alone when the highs of insight fade or get less inspiring….but they’re the only thing that give me purpose and a sense of sense!! What a concept! I have to think to feel!! I trailed off - I wanna get your book cause it’s the perfect topic for me! I feel so alone and like I can never find my team! I can’t teem! I have doubts but I’m gunna participate anyway cause it’s what I’m constantly yearning for xD.

@Dr. Tamsin Woolley-Barker it definitely sounds like my thing! The word “path” has been growing in my mind since I learned the word growth personally as important almost three years ago more so than perfection.
