What do you do to try and get clients?
Cold call? Run ads? Network with realtors? Offer something for FREE as a promotion? Offer “discounted” service?

@Chris Flores hey Chris I do skip tracing for that. There’s a few ways. You can either tell your skip tracer to go after low rating listings or to search for large property management companies or whatever types of property owners you are trying to target
