Consultants Must Read‼️
A lot of businesses don’t need another AI tool. They need someone who can look at how they operate, find what’s slowing them down, and recommend the right solution. That’s what AI consulting really is. A good AI consultant doesn’t start with software. They start with questions. Where are employees wasting time? Which repetitive tasks could be automated? What customer interactions happen over and over? What processes create bottlenecks? Once you understand the business, the right AI solutions become obvious. Sometimes it’s an AI voice agent. Sometimes it’s an internal chatbot. Sometimes it’s workflow automation. Sometimes it’s as simple as connecting the tools they already use. The businesses getting the best results aren’t chasing every new AI trend. They’re fixing real business problems. If you’re building an AI automation agency, spend less time selling tools and more time understanding your clients’ operations. The tools will change. Good consulting won’t.

Totally agree I only find you are missing the biggest questions. 1. From your point of fiew how does the solution look like Letting them tell you what the solution really is for them is one of the best things I think. 2.Imagine if this peoblem is solved in 6 months what would that mean for your employees 3.What would it mean for the business 4.what would this mean to you
Is AI really replacing people?
What's really happening 👇 The core idea of AI is Leverage, It gives you Leverage- to do more faster, with fewer resources:- ~Automate : Routine tasks ~Brainstrom : Ideas & content ~Generate : Image & videos ~Summarize : Data & Documents Automation gives scale AI adds intelligence together they create leverage not replacement. ~Ai isn't replacing people. It's actually replacing takss. ~Just like calculators didn't replace mathematicians they made them faster. ~People who know how to use AI will replace those who don't. Do you agree? different opinions are most welcomed 👇 Harsh Singh

The most important thing is gonna be personal brand. Using Ai but still deliver the human touch. AI will help for example prepare faster for calls make rapportages faster but a human still need to review it. For someone that can use it good he can get 10x the work done in a day but fully replacement no. The jobs will change you will have jobs that people need to overlook the ai and check if everything is working properly
Niches
Getting started on the sales side of things. Putting together a dialling team etc so in the process of deciding on a niche to go for. For those a bit more experienced in contacting potential clients, what are the best niches to target?

None in the beginning better to do general take everything you can get. When you have experience in a surten nice after your general approach and now the problems from a specific niche then I would recommend you to niche down
The biggest change wasn't technical.
This week I didn't learn a new AI model. I didn't discover a revolutionary tool. Instead, I completely changed how I think about consulting. I used to focus on AI. Now I focus on business improvement. That shift changed everything. Every recommendation in my audit now has to answer four simple questions: • What's the problem? • What's the solution? • What does it look like in practice? • What's the business value? Because clients don't invest in AI. They invest in better businesses. Sometimes changing one question changes the entire outcome. What's one idea that completely changed the way you work?

@Roozbeh Malmiry I researched first the problems. Then I looked for tools that could possibly solve the problem I'm still testing tools and getting ready so I can do my first discovery call
Sneak Preview_PLANSHIFT:
Before we officially announce our "corporate site launch," here's a little sneak preview, just for you: planshift.io Quick version: a small Hamburg/Berlin house for good corporate governance. Compliance, so risks don't turn into liability. Strategy, so market reality turns into real decisions. The exciting part for me sits under the hood: AI where it's strong, and deliberately deterministic where things have to be audit-proof. A few professors in our corner - real friends and companions, not name-dropping - who've been doing this for decades. Have a look, honest feedback beats applause any day ;-)
