For my last 2 kids in 2019 and 2021 I got 10 weeks 100% pay from my company (Oracle). They also let me split the time up if I wanted but had to be at least 2 week chunks and used within the child’s first year.

@Zach Watson I don’t recall if I did or not. I will say in 2019 my wife worked out of the home still and did not have any paid maternity leave. So I waited to start my leave until she went back to work in roughly six weeks and then I started my 10 weeks and it was just me and our son at home for those 10 weeks. I really enjoyed that time.
