Alright y’all… I’ve gotta be honest — I’m starting to like SMS text blasting more than cold calling 😅 Don’t get me wrong — I still love getting after it and hitting the phones. Cold calling built me, and there’s nothing like talking directly to sellers and closing deals live. But lately… man, the speed and efficiency of text blasting is just on another level. Being able to reach thousands of prospects a day with just a few clicks is wild. It’s way less time-consuming, and for someone like me with a busy day-to-day schedule, it just fits perfectly. It’s not about being lazy — it’s about working smarter and using tools that give you leverage.The goal is still the same: talk to motivated sellers, make offers, and get deals done — but now, I can do it faster and more efficiently. I want to start but the skip tracing I have seen lately on my leads hasn’t been good

Anyone else having issues with skiptracing? It’s been horrible for me when I’m doing vacant lots. I am having to manually check almost all my leads. Waiting on support to get back to me. @Zach Ginn can you help?
