CALL THIS WEEK
Hey Team! For many winter is rolling in. It was cold, wet and windy in Husky on Friday but cleared nicely for the weekend, albiet no swimming at all down there. The arm warmers are returning for some. For others.....the heat prep pushes on with Ironman Vietnam coming in hot. Let's set up some topics to talk through this week. On days where we’ve had a physically demanding work shift, are there specific sessions we should avoid or modify (e.g. hard run intervals vs bike efforts)? And what guidelines should we use to decide whether to push through, adjust the session, or swap it to another day in the week.

Hey guys, just picked up a new bike and was wondering if anyone based around Melbourne has any recommendations for where to get a bike fit.

Michael here, I'm 23 and based in Melbourne. Got into tris last year after tearing up my ankle playing footy, leaving me unable to do anything that requires direction changes and losing a lot of overall fitness. Did a few sprints early last year and then Melbourne 70.3 where everything that could've gone wrong, went wrong. So I knew someone who was part of koa then I figured I'd give it a good crack and join myself! Signed up with Greg about a month ago, absolutely loving it so far, and keen to get some redemption at Melbourne in November, then use that as a springboard into a big 2027!
