@Matt Sanderson cowboy pools are better than no pool, but full above ground pool whether modpool or other container pool is great or a cheaper above ground pool with a very nice deck built around it with loungers, etc is great. Can always build in ground pool - adds value to the home but may have issues with permitting or timing.

@Matt Sanderson yes 100% they have people on staff in TX and have done a lot of project down in that area
