Ran my first 5k
My wife and I ran our first ever 5k together. After 2020 I was physically unable to run due to my knee pain. I was 340lbs and had severe asthma at that point. Sitting at 298 at the moment and ran roughly 2 miles out of 3.25 miles we did in total. We ran the first mile without stopping which was huge for us! Pickleball has really changed my life and I’m always thankful for the great people I meet in this sport.
