To get things kicked off, what is your current position and what are your goals?

This is for all technicians, advisors, lane managers, foremans, porters, receptionist, etc. We are here to help build a community that is going to generate great leaders and mentors. More content will come in the near future. To get things kicked off, what is your current position and what are your goals? I am currently a service manager at a Ford dealer and owner of a heavy equipment/automotive repair company. My goals are to grow our service department and team members this year and grow the heavy equipment side of the owned business this year.
